Frequently asked questions

By transparency and to avoid as much as possible misunderstandings, here is a list of the most frequent questions with their answers

 

When will I receive my order ?

On each product sheet the estimated delivery date is indicated for each carrier.
This date takes into account the date and time of your order, the availability of the product, the time of supply (in stock or with our supplier) and the delay generally observed for each carrier.

The estimated delivery date remains indicative. It is respected if all the actors (manufacturers, suppliers, carriers and us) keep the usual deadlines.
We will endeavor by all means at our disposal to respect it.


Is the product in stock?

For each product in stock, the words "In Stock" are present on the product sheet.
If the product is unavailable, the estimated date of availability of the product is indicated otherwise "unavailable".


Is the product available?

If the word "In Stock" does not appear on the product sheet, it means that the product is available from our supplier.
The estimated delivery date takes into account this availability and the lead time (from 24H00 to 72H00 depending on the supplier)

It can exceptionally happen that a product is announced available in error if the supplier did not inform us of the out of stock.
At the slightest doubt, contact us by chat (bubble top right), by the contact form or by phone, and we will inform you.

 

What does product in pre-order mean ?

The product will be available soon and it is possible to order it now.
The estimated shipping date is indicated.

 

What does it mean: free delivery from 150 € with Mondial Relay (Metropolitan France) ?

As soon as the amount of items in your basket reaches 150 €, we offer delivery by Mondial Relay.
If the delay is very important for you, it is always possible to choose another faster carrier at your expense.


What does it mean ? Orders of products in stock validated before 3:00 pm are shipped in the day?

The mention "In stock" is present on the product sheet and your order is validated before 3H00 PM (local time), then we will ship your order the same day.
For products with several variations (color, size, ...) make sure that "In Stock" is present according to the variation.

Example: Size 42 in red color is in stock, but not size 43
 

What does it mean ?  100% secure payment with Systempay and Banque Populaire

At Idealmoto we believe that it is essential to offer a secure, reliable and trusted payment solution.
That's why we selected Systempay solution from Banque Populaire.
We accept payments by credit card CB, VISA and Mastercard.
The use of 3D Secure is systematic, it is the guarantee for you that no one else than you use your card.

 

What does it mean ? Payment 3x 4x without fees

We offer you the possibility to pay your order in 3 or 4 times without fees by credit card from 135 € of purchases with CHOOZEO of NATIXIS FINANCING.
We cover the cost of financing your purchase. (You must live in France) 

 

I can not reach you by phone

Telephone support is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (local time) except holidays.
If you come across the answering machine, it means that we are already online with a customer or we are not available at this time.
Leave us a voice message with your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
